New cook, more tea pots and cleaning

Namaskar,
The last couple of days have been quiet for me but rather stressful for the team here as well as Rachel the US chef, as due to the disappearance of our two cooks, the burden of cooking has fallen on to her shoulders as well as the prep for Winter Day.
So far the Aura Chocolate, Aura Muesli and Aura Chai Tea been made and bagged and the Aura Cookie dough has been made and the baking of them happens tomorrow. Then it is just the packing of the cookies, prepping the Sangria and putting the display together to be completed.
It is looking like a busy day and the weather looks like it is playing its part.
Today the pressure came off Rachel with the employing of a local cook. His roti are really light and the lentil curry for lunch was very delish.
Pottery has been continuing as well as a bit of a clean up around the studio finding frogs (Indian Burrowing Frog with babies). We are prepping everything to look good for Winter Day.
I have managed to create some new teapots and some rather interesting incense holders, both round and oblong, with a leaf as well.
Winter Day!
The dawn broke to a cloudless day and it was all hands to the pump to get the place set up for all the visiting artisans and guests.
As one of the official photographers I was helping but also trying to take photos as well. Quite challenging with such bright light and deep shadows.
The day kicked off at 12 and went through to 4pm. Was a very successful day for everyone concerned. I met some wonderful people, both artisans and guests.
I have shared a Facebook post from Aura Pottery for the first load of the pictures.

For those who don’t have FaceBook I apologize and will get a link to the album another way.

Safe travels everyone.
